Monica Green is a dynamic, business savvy executive with a series of outstanding accomplishments in a variety of disciplines including sales, marketing, community and economic development, management, cosmetology, and public relations.  Her diversified, successful background is a primary example of the results of strong leadership, strategic career planning, successful networking and resourcefulness, and a testament to her ability to adapt with ease to any situation or challenge.  She is a self-starting, multifaceted entrepreneur, having started and managed several lucrative businesses of her own over the years.

Monica is dedicated to helping others achieve their highest potential through mentorship. She is highly respected by her contemporaries, as she has a demonstrated track record for being a mover and a shaker.  She is frequently called upon for counsel, and is often used as a resource for her proficiency, expertise, and insightfulness. 

Monica received her Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Marketing from Central State University, her M.B.A. from David Myers University, and is a licensed managerial cosmetologist and instructor. Ms. Alaina has over 20 years of training and experience in the health and beauty industry with national influences ranging from Atlanta, GA., Chicago IL. and Cleveland, OH.

Her services also extend beyond the salon through her own outreach program  Be Beautiful, in efforts to help young ladies beyond life preparation skills, while also nurturing the passion for growth and character building.
